Nina Hart

About Me:

My name is Nina Hart, and I was born and raised in West Texas. I love Jesus, I am a military spouse, and a mom. Being a military wife, I have lived in San Diego, Texas and now Jacksonville. My goal is to serve others with 100% integrity.

What makes me different:
Jesus over everything is my motto. I treat my clients with the upmost respect and will be 100% honest and transparent with them. Philippians 3:14. As a military spouse, I know the stress PCS season brings especially when selling or buying a home. I have a lender that I use just for my military clients, along with title companies that I have had great personal experience with. I have specific home inspectors, home warranty and home insurance people I use as well that I know will take care of you 100%. I always do different training, and classes to get the best knowledge to serve my clients to the best of my ability. I go above & beyond for my clients always; I make it my purpose to take the stress away from clients and fix any & all obstacles that come our way.

In my free time:
I am on the praise team at our church, I also teach Cubbies for AWANA. We love beach days, universal trips, and pool days, pretty much if water is involved, I'll be there. I am also a travel planner and I bar tend special events occasionally. I am an all-star cheer mom; I love seeing my child do her thing on the mat, it just makes my heart burst. I know how to balance family time and work life equally.
