Originally from Louisiana, Kim has now made her home in Florida, along with her husband Steve, where they have lived since 2013. Florida, especially Jacksonville, is extremely personal to Kim as she values being by her family.

Kim has always been passionate about helping others find a home for their lifestyle and family. To her, it’s not just about finding a house but about finding the perfect home that fits all the desires of those she is working with.

Through commitment and excellence, Kim is dedicated to helping every customer as they purchase a new home or sell an existing home. Although home buying and selling can sometimes be stressful, her goal is to make the process smooth, exciting, and even fun!

When Kim’s not selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her 4 grandchildren), decorating, and volunteering at her church.
