8. Golf cart culture is a thing. Paths connect neighborhoods, parks, and the Town Center. Many residents use golf carts for daily life inside the community.

9. Price ranges are wide. Townhomes start in the mid-$400s. Luxury and waterfront homes in neighborhoods like River Landing can push well past $1 million. There's something for a lot of different budgets.
