Belinda “Bella” Haynes believes in empowering her clients and educating them along their real estate journey. Her expertise spans much more than the traditional real estate transaction. She is a licensed Realtor, licensed health insurance agent, certified signing agent, certified tax professional and holds certification with Home Partners of America. While her expansive knowledge could take her in any professional direction, she specializes in property management, home services and tax resolution. Bella has earned multiple awards of completion for advance tax and financial courses, as well several recognition and appreciation awards.

The Jacksonville resident also believes in giving back to her community. She volunteers with the Vineyard Resource Center as a program director, with Tristan’s Acceleration Academy as science teacher in the summer for grades 1-6, with DEMP, Inc. where she utilizes her certifications to assist victims of sex trafficking make a transition to a better life, and with Ed Waters University Schell-Sweet Community Resource Center where she helped facilitate the Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
Bella holds a Bachelor of Science from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Her degree includes a biology major and a chemistry minor.
